Three batches, forty-odd numbers, nothing withheld
Every released batch gets a certificate in this form. Where a result sat close to its limit it is flagged rather than rounded into comfort, and where a batch failed it is recorded here instead of quietly disappearing.
Everything below is a dietary supplement for adults. None of it is medicine and none of it is offered as a treatment.
Getting the certificate for your bottle
Quote the lot number printed on the base to +1 (800) 241-3017 or lab@vitaboostlaboratory.com and the full certificate comes back the same working day, at no charge.
We do not ask why you want it and we do not send a summary in place of the document.
Two results above 75% of their limit. The batch met specification on every count and was still pulled for a second microbial test before it shipped, which is the rule whenever anything crosses that line.
Under strength, traced to a blend that ran short. Destroyed rather than reworked or blended into a passing lot, and nobody received it. It appears here because a limit you only hear about when it is met is not a limit.

Bigger bottles work out lower per day because they cost less to fill and to post. Nothing is held back for people who hand over an email address.

- A single purchase each time. Nothing recurs, no card is kept, nothing to cancel later.
- 90 days to return from delivery, opened or unopened, with no restocking charge.
- A failed batch is not sold. When stock runs out it stays out until the next release passes.
Ordering and safety
How to order, and how to take it
Orders go to +1 (800) 241-3017 or to lab@vitaboostlaboratory.com during Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern. Name the line and the size; we confirm the lot in stock, its certificate and the total including carriage before anything is charged.
The card is charged once and is not retained. Confirmation is emailed immediately and tracking follows by email when the carrier collects. Order updates are never sent by text message.
Suggested use
- Follow the suggested use printed on the bottle. Where bottle and page disagree, the bottle governs and the page is a defect we want told about.
- Adults eighteen and over. Do not exceed the suggested use.
- Put it to a qualified healthcare professional before you begin, particularly where you take prescription medication, are managing a condition, or are pregnant or nursing.
- Stop and seek advice if anything disagrees with you. Mind the expiry.
