Privacy policy

The short version

Set out because a policy nobody reads protects nobody. It summarises; the numbered sections below are the binding text.

  • We collect what an order needs: name, email, delivery address and payment details, plus a mobile number if, and only if, you ask for certificate texts.
  • Personal information is not for sale. Not to brokers, not to other manufacturers, at any figure.
  • No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and the consent behind it are never sold, rented or shared, and sit outside every other kind of sharing described below.
  • Texts carry marketing, they go only to people who asked, and that is all. Order paperwork goes to your email address, never by text.
  • You can come off whenever you like by replying STOP or using the removal form.
  • Nothing you buy here has ever depended on taking texts.
  • You can ask what is held on you and have it deleted, at lab@vitaboostlaboratory.com.
  • We do not knowingly deal with anyone under eighteen.

Personal information given to vitaboostlaboratory.com is handled by VITALABS, INC. (EIN 58-1350556), which trades as VITALABS INC. This policy records what is collected, what it is used for, the limited circumstances in which it is disclosed, and how you can see, correct or delete it.

1. What we collect

Three kinds of information, and no more than each purpose needs:

  • What you tell us: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and a mobile number if you ask for texts.
  • What the visit records: IP address, browser, the pages opened and when, gathered through cookies and similar technology.
  • What the device reports: device identifiers and mobile network information, used to render the site properly.

2. Text messaging

Opting in with your mobile number is consent for VITALABS INC to send you recurring automated marketing and informational text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Neither the opt-in data nor the consent behind it is ever sold, rented or disclosed to anybody, and both are excluded from all other categories of data sharing named in this policy.

3. Why we hold it

  • Fulfilling orders and providing the communications you requested.
  • Issuing order confirmations, despatch notices and delivery updates.
  • Sending offers and announcements where consent has been given.
  • Improving the website and the experience of using it.
  • Responding to enquiries and complying with the law.

4. Tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and traffic analysis. They can be managed or removed entirely through your browser, and the site remains usable if you do.

5. Who else sees it

Your personal information is not for sale, at any price, to anybody. It is shared with the service providers who make the transaction work, namely payment, shipping, the SMS platform and analytics; where the law compels disclosure; and on a transfer of the business. SMS opt-in data is excluded from all three, as set out above.

6. Access, deletion and the CCPA

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you may request to know what personal information we hold, require its deletion, and opt out of its sale; we do not sell personal data, so the last is already the position. No request will be met with worse service or a worse price. Send it to lab@vitaboostlaboratory.com.

7. How the data is protected

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures, and keep access to a need-to-know basis. Even so, nothing transmitted over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

8. Anyone under 18

Nothing here is aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything about them. If you believe a minor's information has reached us, tell us and it will be deleted.

9. Keeping this current

We update this page when what we do changes. The date shown at the top tells you when it last did.

No form to complete and no statute to cite. Telephone +1 (800) 241-3017 during Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern, write to lab@vitaboostlaboratory.com, or post it to VITALABS, INC., 1451 Hwy 20 West, McDonough, GA 30253, US. Tell us what you want to see, put right, or wiped. We acknowledge within two business days and finish within 30, confirming back in writing.
