  • A single purchase each time. Nothing recurs and no card is kept.
  • 90 days to return from delivery, opened or unopened, with no restocking charge.
  • A batch that misses a limit is destroyed rather than reworked or blended away.

  • No health claims. Everything sold here is a dietary supplement.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website vitaboostlaboratory.com and all products offered by VITALABS, INC. (EIN 58-1350556), operating under the brand name VITALABS INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. When these terms bind you

You are bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy from the point you use this website, submit an order, or consent to receive messages from us. Should you disagree with them, do not do any of those three things.

2. Age and capacity

Orders are accepted only from people aged 18 and above who are legally competent to contract. The same threshold applies to the text programme. We do not knowingly sell to, or message, anybody below that age, and an order placed in breach of this may be cancelled and refunded.

3. Products and Health Disclaimer

Assay Line and all products sold on this website are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.

4. SMS Communications and TCPA Compliance

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from VITALABS INC at the phone number provided, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies based on promotions and account activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.
  • Reply HELP to any message for customer support.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Sending something back

The return window is 90 days from delivery and it applies whether or not the seal is broken. Start it at lab@vitaboostlaboratory.com. Once the goods arrive back, the refund is put through to the original payment method and clears in 5 to 10 business days. We do not deduct a restocking fee.

6. Copyright and trade marks

Everything published here is owned by VITALABS, INC. or used under licence. You are welcome to read it, quote it fairly and link to it; you may not reproduce it wholesale, redistribute it or adapt it into another work without our prior written consent.

7. Liability cap

Our liability to you is limited to the sum you paid for the product the claim concerns. To the fullest extent the law permits, VITALABS, INC. accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind connected with this website or the products on it.

8. Law and venue

This agreement is made under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, with conflict-of-law principles disregarded, and any proceeding belongs in the courts sitting in Georgia. Consumer protections available to you under your own state's law are unaffected.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this page. Amendments take effect on publication, carry a revised date, and apply to use of the site from then on. An order already placed stays governed by the version in force at the time.

11. Certificates, retests and withdrawals

  • Every unit carries a lot number tied to a certificate of analysis. VITALABS, INC. supplies the full certificate, with every limit and result, on request at no charge.
  • A result on a certificate describes the batch as tested at release. It is not a statement about any person, and it is not a clinical finding.
  • Where a result falls outside its specification the batch is quarantined and destroyed. It is not reworked, and it is not blended into a lot that passes.
  • Retention samples are held for the shelf life plus one year. Where you have reason to doubt a figure, a retest from the retention sample is run at no charge to you.
  • If a lot is withdrawn, we contact the customers who received it from the order record, refund in full, and do not require the goods back first.
  • Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the law of your own state. Where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to you applies.
