Four ways off, all of them immediate
No reason is asked for. Coming off changes nothing about prices, orders, certificates or returns.
- Reply STOP to any message. Quickest of the four, and the carriers act on it themselves. Reply HELP instead and our details come back.
- Use the form beside this. The number comes off the moment it is submitted.

What carries on as before
- Prices. No rate here has ever been tied to the list.
- Orders. An order already placed goes out unchanged, and the emails about it keep coming.
- Certificates. Quote a lot number and the document still comes back the same working day.
- Returns. The 90-day window is untouched.
Going back on later
Coming off is not meant to be permanent. Enter the number again from the front page or the ask us page and the record restarts with a fresh consent date. We will not re-add you ourselves, and a lapsed consent counts for nothing.
